By this stage you have a very clear idea of your target market, their headaches and requirements and also your unique solution to fulfil those requirements.  You have also created systems around the delivery of the product.  Now is the time to use refine the processes and productise the solution.  This will require using lean management principles to create the most efficient process possible and also create detailed process documentation and training materials.  The objective is to get the product delivery process as efficient as possible.  The first time you deploy a new solution, you may make a loss or very small margin.  This is not a bad thing, in fact it is an indication that you are probably competitive.   When you deliver the solution a few more times and start to become more efficient and also remove redundant processes the cost of delivery will come down and so your margins will increase.  Additional efficiencies will also come from training lower cost resources to deliver the service.
