1.4 Create a sound financial Strategy

Many business plans include a financial plan at the start which is good however, in my experience relatively ineffective.  By this time in the process we have a clear idea of the product, how much it costs, how much the margins are and the target market.  Now is the time that you have the information necessary to make some realistic financial projections and plans.  This chapter outlines a process for making some realistic financial plans based on real knowledge.
